I’d put zero stars if i can. CHANGE YOUR DR PEPPER PLEASE! It’s so watered down, waited so long for my order to be wrong. Didn’t get all my food, no sauces tried to call and they’re not answering. Pls do better.

"I've noticed a significant decline in the quality of service at this location. Yesterday's experience was particularly poor:
My order was incorrectly made on two separate occasions.
The interior of the restaurant was visibly messy and unorganized, even during a non-peak time
Most concerning, I overheard staff members discussing a plan to intentionally ignore drive-thru customers to make them believe the location was closed.

This place fell off here is why:
The mobile app does not work at this location
They take a super long time to give us our food (most times it is just 2 burritos)
And they only have 1 person on the drive thru most times
This place was great before late August 2025. If you use the mobile app to get points or if you redeem points do not do it here.

Zero drinks at all, no self service ice cream, no frappes… and nothing to compensate that I still have to pay a full meal?? No discount or cookie/apple pie can be given… Hate this place omg something is always up
