  Usually slow today. Ordered mango monsoon and Acai bowl. They seemed confused out of the gate, didnt give me the price ordering, came to window paid, got the mango monsoon, told me to pull up, pulled up, waited around 10 minutes, they came out asked me what I was waiting on, I told him Acai bowl, told me you Pull into parking spot which i did. Waited another 20 minutes. Finally went inside asked them about it and he said the other guy was working on it, literally waited another 20+ minutes while I watched them make several flatbread orders and multiple orders through the drive through. They didnt offer any compensation and I didn't ask. Worst experience ever and ive been there before with no problems.

  It should NOT take more than 15 min MAX on two smoothies and two flatbreads. Would not recommend this location

  I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe! They never disappoint. My favorite is the sunrise sunset. It is a great smoothie I drink in the risings for a lite breakfast.

  ✨✨Update: We Just went back today to get a refund and Mikel was manager. He listened to our concern and gave us a refund. Not only that, he made us 2 smoothies that were GREAT. He saved that place from us never coming back. Thank you for such Amazing service Mikel. God Bless you! I’m so sorry….I barely write reviews, but this time I feel like I have to. My husband and I get Tropical Smoothie very often, so this was really disappointing. Today we were in another part of town getting ready to hang out with friends. We ordered at the drive-thru, but they gave us two slushes instead of smoothies. I went inside, and they remade them twice and both times they were still incorrect. The last attempt had a better consistency, but the taste was sour (we ordered Mango Monsoon), and I was literally eating small chunks of ice. At that point, I asked for a refund, but no one there was able to process it. The staff said the manager had just randomly walked out, and they kept trying to call him, but it went straight to voicemail. (BTW: I did see a man who may have been the manager, but I didn’t realize it at the time. I didn’t say anything because one of the employees was remaking the smoothies, and I thought it would be corrected but when I looked up again, he was gone.) Eventually, they contacted someone else who told one of the employees to just take my name and number. I can only pray someone calls me and give me a refund. I want to be clear I am not upset with the young workers. I didn’t take my frustration out on them. But I do have an issue with whoever trained them, because it honestly seems like they weren’t trained at all. Out of about six employees, not one could make the smoothie correctly. They were even asking me what consistency I wanted, and I said just how it’s supposed to be made but they didn’t know. Please train your staff and support them, not just hire them for labor. It’s not fair to your customers or to them. There was absolutely NO ONE there to assist or guide them.
