  You used to be healthy. The chicken is not what it once was. It is now overly processed with bad additives. Tastes salty. Feels gross. Ordered a warm protein bowl half size. It had over 1600 mg sodium! Trying to kill your customers? I wanted the vegetables, which I got but the broccoli wasn’t all good. Way too much rice. Looked like at least 2 packed cups. There are no trash cans in the outside eating area and not even when you walk into the place. Very inconvenient when you want to be done and gone. The bathroom floor probably hasn’t been cleaned in a couple weeks. Sticky. Smelled like pee. So disappointed. The employees were nice though. Otherwise it would have been one star.

  I've gotten food from this Panera many times and normally the food is pretty good. However, the wait in the drive-thru is often ridiculous. They allow people who have just ordered time-consuming or complex orders in the Drive-Thru to hold up the entire line when many people have food that is ready. They have numerous options for where drive-thru customers could go to wait on their food. Instead they allow 30+ minute waits for food that has been ready for the entire time.

  I had one of the worst dining experiences I can remember at this Panera Bread. The portions were shockingly small across the board—sandwiches, soups, the fruit bowl, and especially the so-called “chicken bowl,” which was basically a bowl of rice with barely any chicken to be found. For the prices they charge, it felt completely unreasonable. The dining area was in terrible condition. Every table I saw was dirty, the floors were filthy, and this was at 2pm on a Sunday—hardly an off hour. The front door mats weren’t even in place; they were just thrown off to the side in a corner, which added to the overall sense of neglect. When I brought these issues up, the kitchen staff—one of whom appeared to be a manager based on their shirt—acted like it was no big deal. He was polite enough, but seemed completely unaware or unconcerned about the state of the restaurant and the quality of the food being served. Between the tiny portions, high prices, and unclean environment, this was easily the worst experience I’ve had at any restaurant in years. I won’t be returning and either will my friends or family. The overall 3.9-star average review speaks volumes of shared experiences.

  The cashier was unfriendly. The order was completely wrong. The ham and egg had no ham. The two bagel sandwiches had the bagels switched around. One had two tops; one had two bottoms from different flavor bagels. The BLT had two thin pieces of bacon and was otherwise all arugula. When you pay for protein you should be able to taste it. I have supported Panera for years. I know the food and service can be better. Very disappointed!
