  I had a very disappointing experience at this Arby’s location inside the Love’s Truck Stop in Whiteland, Indiana. The food I was served was clearly old and not fresh—look at the photos in this review. I wasn’t asking them to remake a full meal, just a wrap, and I was still treated poorly. Never again. What made the situation worse was the lack of accountability from the staff. Instead of addressing the issue properly, there was little effort made to make things right. The manager, Sam, was particularly rude and unprofessional in handling the situation. Leadership matters, and this experience showed a clear need for better training in customer service and how to respond to feedback. I will say that I’ve had better experiences at this same location during the daytime. The daytime staff tends to be more professional, the food is fresh, and the restaurant is noticeably cleaner.
