  The food was hot and fresh. The staff was very personable. My big issue was my Sprite tasted like straight mold. Plus, I don't care about the managers getting a bonus for drive-thru times. Stop making me park to wait for my food. Nobody was behind me.

  If I could leave zero stars, I would. I placed my mobile order 40 minutes before they closed. I went up to the drive-through, where they had just taken someone else’s order. After sitting there for 10 minutes with no response, I drove around to the second window to see what was going on, and it was closed. Keep in mind, at this point it was around 11:30—half an hour before closing. As I drove off, I saw the entire staff run to their cars and messing around in the parking lot. Customer service does not exist. They could have simply said they were closed instead of making us sit there for over 10 minutes.

  I normally don’t leave reviews but this is by far the worst McDonald’s i’ve ever been to. I have stopped at this store a few times and every time it’s some issue. The past 2 times it’s been an app issue. Today was the most annoying. I had a code on my app for a free Sausage, Egg, and Cheese McGriddle. I told the Lady at the menu that I had a code for a free sausage, egg and cheese Mc griddle. She proceeded to put The Mc griddle on the screen, never asked me for my code. I said, would you like my code? And she goes whenever you’re ready. she then says that the code’s not working and I refresh it and it’s the same code. She doesn’t say anything as I’m telling her this and then I say I can pull up to the window and show it to you. I pull up to the window. She stares at me for a second and then goes I needed a manager‘s approval to do this so you can pull up to window two. I pull up to window two and nobody knows what’s going on. The lady tries to hand me someone else’s coffee, which I didn’t even order. I told her what I needed and nobody came over to the window to talk to me the lady at the window, then proceeds to hand me a sandwich that isn’t mine and then when I ask for my smoothie that I was going to order, but didn’t get a chance to at the first window they make me wait another like five minutes before I can get my smoothie and they don’t give me a straw. Every time I have stopped at the store the lady that’s been in window. One is cranky and has attitude. The other older lady that’s in window two seems to not know what she’s doing while everyone else stands behind her and talks. Horrible.
