  Overall, very unorganized and poorly managed. At least two people in front of me canceled their orders because of the long wait and confusion. The smoothie itself was also disappointing—barely sweet and not what you’d expect. Walked in and no one acknowledged me. There were two employees making smoothies who seemed new and slow — which is fine — but there wasn’t enough staff to keep up with customers. I waited without anyone speaking to me, then asked one of them for help. I’m still waiting while more people line up and no one is being acknowledged. This place needs a manager present, and staff should also be wearing gloves while preparing smoothies.

  Late review but several Saturdays ago I went to this establishment to get my favorite smoothie. I will admit it was a little more busy than usual, there was basketball tournaments going on at the Pacer complex. I walked in and nothing, I stood at the counter for at least 5 mins before being greeted. The young ladies working appeared to be high school age or under 21. 1 young lady appeared to working counter and pick up orders asI observed her moving in motion to help customers, I observed her co workers entertaining their peers who obviously were their friends. After finally being served I showed the young lady my 10% off on my drink. She had no clue how add the discount so she aske for help, after 2 mins of trying she just discounted the entire drink that was a plus. Then I received my drink after watching her make it twice it tasted liked water. Too many distractions and not enough focus on the customers. I also received my drink after a couple ordered food and drinks who came in after me. I may return because I sometimes work out there but maybe on a weekday and early.

  genuienly im sitting in the drive thru its been like 30 minutes and no ones inside and seven people are working how is it taking that long

  Worst experience I have ever had at a business. There was a rush that quickly cleared out. Smoothies were prepared in a short amount of time. I don’t know if the lost the food order or what but an hour into our wait I started getting extremely aggravated. They did apologize but at that point there should have been some type of refund. It was ridiculous!!

  This location is easily the worst in the area including a handful of Ohio locations and they're more expensive then every other location I've been to.. It's a systemic failure. The employees are polite but they're always understaffed and my order is not correct 90% of the time. Today's example - I placed an order at 7:08a, and it wasn't ready until 7:42a with no customers. Then I finally get my order, the food is cold and wrong, and the smoothie is completely wrong. This has been an issue spanning for 2-3 years now, and I originally thought it was the workers but I've seen this location cycle out staff regularly since they've opened. Not to mention the amount of early gym goers or people on their way to work who place orders and the location isn't even open when you get there at 8am but they're supposed to open at 7am. The IKEA Way and Michigan Rd locations get my orders correct regularly without fail, and are better priced.
