  The staff is polite, friendly and professional. They greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome. Food and service is very good. It’s a great addition to Westfield.

  The prep and baking teams are falling behind on pickup orders, which doesn't fit the Panera service model. And they missed an item.

  I had been eagerly waiting for this Panera Bread location to open because it’s so close to my home. It turned out to be the best Panera Bread experience I’ve had so far. The coffee is freshly brewed from a machine instead of being poured from a pot, which makes a noticeable difference in taste. Everything felt fresh, clean, and well-prepared. Definitely a great addition to the area!

  Usually Paneras get a 4- or 3-star from me. But this new location was sub-par. The temperature was probably 80 degrees or maybe higher. Counter person seemed grouchy, but couldn’t blame her since she had to work in a sauna. Out of multigrain bagels. Dining area is small and very few outlets. Dining room coffee dispenser was nice because of fresh grind. I guess the corporate strategy has changed to discourage people who stay too long. I understand but my colleague and I had expectations set from other locations.

  Went to the store opening event all to just get a out of a bag, reheated bagel. They can't be bothered to bake fresh breads for a grand opening event. Do better for your customers.
