  I ordered for pick-up tonight and when I arrived, they were just starting my sandwich. One of the employees was eating a cookie right there on the line and kept touching his mouth in the process. He never bothered to put on gloves or wash his hands before wrapping my sandwich. This is disgusting. Teach proper food safety, PLEASE.

  Worst sandwich shop in town. I don't know why I went back after months. Clearly the same problem. The staff do not care, they have bad attitudes, you can barely hear them on the speaker because they clearly sound as if they don't want to be there. They don't greet you they don't say thank you. And it's just constant. I don't think I've ever had anyone nice here. I'm sorry but a little nicety goes a long way.

  I always enjoyed this local restaurant. At my last visit, they refused to allow me to pay with a JJ’s gift card. When I asked why, I was told that the owner doesn’t like them and that it costs them money. I made a report online and asked for a response about this issue. I did not receive one. As a regular customer at this location since it opened I decided it’s time to walk away. I never go to any other locations of Jimmy John’s so I now have a useless gift card.

  This used to be my favorite sandwich shop close to home. The last couple of times I have come here to eat the girl at the cash register has a huge unapologetic attitude even the person behind me noticed it this time, so I decided to leave a review and start visiting other sandwich shops. This location doesn't seem like it wants my business anyway.
