  Every time I go into Wendy's especially this particular Wendy's, I always have an enjoyable experience at this particular Wendy's the manager that I have come to have experience with is always open and welcoming and seems to be treating all of her co-workers with respect, especially while training them. I will often go out of my way to go to this particular Wendy's. If you have a Wendy's like that, I would suggest that you post about your experience to let everybody know that fast food does not always have to mean a rushed unmeaningful dining experience!

  I arrived at the Wendy’s around 10:20pm. I parked my car and went inside. As I walked up to the counter, one of the employees looked at me and said, “How did you get in here?” in an accusatory tone. I said, “The door was unlocked.” He said, “It shouldn’t be. We locked it.” I said, “Well it was.” He then told me that the lobby was closed, and I needed to go through the drive through. I then felt the need to say, “I didn’t break in. The door was unlocked.” Did any of the 4-5 employees hear the door being “manhandled”? Did they hear glass breaking? NO. THE FREAKING DOOR WAS UNLOCKED. How hard would it have been to simply say, “Oh! Hi! Sorry, our lobby is closed, could you please go through the drive thru?” I mean, seriously? He was incredibly rude, and made me feel like *I* was the one at fault. How is it my fault that YOU didn’t lock the door? If this is how “you” want customers to feel, then I don’t need to go there. And, no, no one else said a word to me. All remained silent. 😡
