I asked multiple times to multiple people for a status on our order and was reassured it was being made; only to find they had lost our ticket and had not made any of our food. I asked for a refund so I could continue on with my day and the manager refused and said I had to wait for my food. Horrible service, horrible atmosphere, horrible management.
