  Big shout-out to Breanna! This was my first time ever ordering from this location. I am out of town on a business trip with a co-worker. Pulled up the Domino's app from the hotel and order a couple sandwiches and drinks for us. As soon as the app says the order has been placed, my phone rings. It's Domino's. It's Breanna. She informed me that they can't deliver at this time, because her only delivery driver just called in with a medical emergency. She's apologizing, offering to refund the purchase if need be. Turns out, her store is right across the highway. We're like, we can come and get it, and we hope you're driver is okay. She says she can have our order ready in about 12 minutes. We're literally 5 minutes from there. A soon as we pull up, the order is already on the counter, piping hot. This girl is running the whole store by herself, just killing it like nobody's business. She told me she's always worried if something goes wrong on a hotel order because she knows that the customer may not have a vehicle, and delivery is their only option. Fortunately, we had our moving truck. The immediate phone call from her was surprising. The speed of the order was uncanny. The food was great, as I'd expect from any Domino's. I mean she's really on top of it. Fierce! Breanna rules! Give her a raise, or a nice bonus. For real. Thank you once again, and I really hope everything turns out alright for your driver.

  Burnt pizza. Haven't had Domino's in more than a year. This charcoal briquette excuse for a pizza is why.

  Service was absolutely terrible was very rude and threatened to call cops after they messed up because they couldn’t get a pizza right

  Tried to redeem a free large pizza coupon we received from management for a previous delivery order being so late. We were told we had to pick up, even though that was not mentioned anywhere on the coupon. The store manager made a comment about people stealing from her, basically calling us thieves and told us dont bother calling corporate because its her store and she makes the decisions for her store. I never called to complain about my late delivery order and got the coupon by surprise and I thought that was super nice and professional. Boy was I wrong. That manager was rude, loud, and nasty. Had a much better experience with the Carmel location and will never be returning to the westfield location for any reason and will definitely share my experience.
