We were told we had to pick up, even though that was not mentioned anywhere on the coupon. The store manager made a comment about people stealing from her, basically calling us thieves and told us dont bother calling corporate because its her store and she makes the decisions for her store. I never called to complain about my late delivery order and got the coupon by surprise and I thought that was super nice and professional. Boy was I wrong. That manager was rude, loud, and nasty. Had a much better experience with the Carmel location and will never be returning to the westfield location for any reason and will definitely share my experience.

After a series of rough moments today, a small act of kindness has helped end the day on a positive note. I will be changing our Friday Night Pizza Night to Domino’s from now on. Kudos to the entire staff working 11/3/25 at 10:30pm.
