There were 5 people inside. 1 making food, 1 filling napkins in the dinning area (dining room was closed) 2 people sat and talked the entire time I sat at the window, 1 was cooking in the back. This is becoming a common occurrence at this location. Very disappointing that I will have to start driving to a different location.

The employees, a young lady at the register, and a young man that yawned as ge took his time to wash his hands and put on gloves, were very unfriendly. There was a gentleman in front of me and he patiently waited to get served. After he got his meal the young man proceeded to the lady behind me and totally disregarded me, I was a bit confused. So, I moved to the cashier and she said, "you got the burrito?" I replied, "No, I wasn't even asked to be helped. I would like 2 drinks, please". She was not even apologetic, and acted like customers were wasting her time. Not a positive experience unfortunately.
