  Pathetic performance for a Taco Bell in a college town, took over 45min for me to get through the drive thru and get my food. There was no ice in my fountain drink and the guy at the window was very unprofessional. He didn’t even know how to operate the card reader. I was also not given a straw for my drink or napkins, kinda hard to eat a meal without either of those.

  Never in my life, have I ever been to a slower fast food restaurant. The level of confusion from the staff was almost comical. At one point, I thought it was a joke. Honestly though, it wasn't a joke . It was just sad . The workers were very nice, but sooo slow. If I was the owner of this particular franchise, I reevaluate my hiring and training process. What is going on right now is definitely not working . When we finally got our food (45 minutes later), my order was wrong. I was not about to wait another 45 minutes for them to fix it, so I just ate what I got. I am from out of town, but I see many other fast food restaurants around this particular Taco Bell. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. This place just isn't worth it.

  my wife placed an order, and went to pick it up and was in line for AN HOUR AND A HALF before getting her food and driving away. The lady at the window was very polite, but for that much time, we could have went to a sit down restaraunt, ordered, and ate twice. I don't normally leave reviews, but this seemed worthy. Get those folks some help in there, or figure something else out.

  Just go to the Taco Bell in Battle Ground. This Taco Bell is the most frustrated I’ve ever been with a restaurant or fast food place. They mess up your food, my Baja blast tasted like death, gave me 4 tortilla chips with my chips and cheese, and had a 2 hr wait time to get food from DoorDash. When going in person, it’s not much better- you wait 40 minutes to get an incorrect order. If I could choose any place in the world to be closed down it would be this Taco Bell because it inflicts pain and suffering onto anyone who wants to get a delicious taco.

  Picking up a doordash order, I watched as, in a completely empty lobby save other dashers/people picking up orders and empty drive-thru, the store put out an order every 10 minutes or so. All told, I waited over 40 minutes for my order. Skip the wait and actually just get sit down, dine in authentic Mexican anywhere else on campus. This is pathetic.
