  I sat here waiting for my food for an hour and a half plus. I tried going back there and help them them, but they wouldn’t let me worst service of all time. They’re like the LeBron James of service but in a bad way.

  I ordered a breakfast meal with a hashbrown, and an extra hasbrown. I received just the sandwich and drink, no hashbrown. I paid for specifically 2 hashbrowns and received none. I hope whichever employee decided to eat or just plain not make half of my order gets fired. Waste of money!

  This McDonald's is right on the edge of the Purdue Campus. In a car it is hard to get in and out of the parking lot. It is typically not clean with food on the tables. It is also uncomfortably warm inside. There air circulation is none existent. There are other McDonald's and fast food restaurants nearby. I would choose a different one.

  Regularly downsize my iced coffees if it wasn’t ordered from the menu. For example, using points or rewards from the app, where it’s the same price for any size, whenever I order a large they give me a medium, even though the sticker on the cup says large. Today there were solid chunks of creamer and sugar at the bottom, so I just threw the whole thing away. Also not sure if they do this anymore but around 2022 they charged you for free water cups. And like other reviews say, they regularly close the lobby early, like 11 pm or even before. Fries are very inconsistent here, frequently undercooked and under or over salted. Problem is they can stay shitty and still get a ton of business because they are so close to campus.

  I ordered curbside pick up and when I got there the app wouldn't let me put in a parking spot thats ok its not this stores fault and they were nice about it. But upon coming home and opening the boxes, the bun on my big arch was broken to the point I cant eat my burger. Whoever made my sandwich is incompetent and needs to be fired. When I called they said I could come in and they will replace it but thats not enough. Fuel is expensive. Make peoples food right.
