While standing there waiting, we mentioned to customers as they arrived that we had been waiting a long time. Several walked out. We actually had the same experience last year, but just thought it was a temporary staffing problem. Apparently it isn't. Several employees just seemed to be walking around with no apparent duties. I don't think we'll make that mistake again!

- KLKenneth LuttrellOct 25, 20251.0I am a door dasher I had 2 orders to pickup from this location got waited about 10-15min got my first order so I wanted to know how long 2nd one was going to be so I would know if I should deliver the one i had and come back or just wait was told it was on the list and would filled when I came up after about 45min one of the workers asked for the name of my order I told them and they said its on their list and would be filled when I came up after waiting 1hr 45min was asked the name again and I was told they didn't have the order and they couldn't fill it total wast of my time
