  Very hit or miss on food quality, staff friendliness and wait time. Go earlier in day for better experience, typically. Sometimes at night they will just ignore you or completely leave out an item. Thankfully this time I went in late afternoon and was a very positive experience. Usually I go around midnight or later.

  can’t give this place a 0. been waiting for my doordash for an hour. they are notoriously terrible i’m actually a chud to ever consider ordering from this place. and it’s not the first time. either shut down or just PLEASEEEEEEEE give me my chicken chesadilla in 10 minutes. it’s a fast food restaurant and even 5 star restaurants get food out in 20-30 minutes are we serious.

  I ordered a simple doritos loco combo and chicken chalupa supreme with 6 Diablo packets....I ordered on doordash. For my order to even be ready, I was made to wait an hour....after that hour, still my order was an additional 10 minutes late. When it arrived it had NO sauce packets, (or napkins), was cold, hard and not even edible due to the condition it was in. As someone who's NEVER had any issue with Taco Bell prior to this (at other locations), I'm really disappointed. Given the other reviews, this store is not doing well and whoever is messing up staff wise needs to be fired bc its negatively affecting the store, greatly. This negatively impacts revenue and reputation. My order was horrible, cold, hard and not even edible. Total I spent $31 for the order & delivery. Not to mention, what I did try tasted stale from sitting and the chalupa was terrible. Do better guys.

  I am completely at my wits end with this Taco Bell. Multiple times I have waited over an hour for food either through a drive-thru or in the restaurant. With the prices going up at Taco Bell, and the service exponentially going down, I have completely decided to boycott this location. This absolutely has to be the worst fast food location I have ever been to. Corporate really needs to do something with this location. It is an absolute dumpster fire.

  This place sucks to no end. Always too slow and most employees weren't responsive at all. If this was a competition to be the slowest running fast food place around, they've won for life. Congratulations. There was one chill employee there, but other than that. It sucks. This place needs to be shut down or completely overhauled!! I never leave reviews, but this place was so bad, I had to.
