- DCDebanjali ChatterjeeAug 28, 20251.0Panera, it's high time you redesign your cups. I got a hot tea to-go, the cup buckled on the way and the hot tea spilled on my hands and half the cup was gone. The same thing happens with coffee, it keeps dripping from the sides of the cup.

The salad was good until it was half gone and I found a foot long hair in it and couldn’t eat it anymore. And another 7.50…. won’t be back. The service is slow and the food, what a joke! Do Better🙄
