During the process, she picked up rice with her hand and then realized the order did not include rice. She proceeded to return the rice back using her hand AGAIN , even though a serving spoon was available. Although she was wearing gloves, this practice felt unsanitary and unprofessional. When it was my turn, I asked to speak with the manager, but the employee seemed not to understand or did not respond to my concern. Because there was no reaction or acknowledgment of the issue, I chose to leave quietly rather than escalate the situation. I wanted to share this feedback so it can be addressed appropriately. I value proper food safety and customer service, and I believe improving this process will benefit both guests and staff. Thank you.
