- MMMJ Mitchell2 days ago2.0Food was cold. Only person that was decent was the gentleman who asked what he could start for us. Both cashier ladies where short and rude. Atmosphere was dirty. None of the tables where cleaned. As we were standing in line an employee came out and all she did was pick up extra napkins and went to the back. Never came back out to clean tables. We ended up bring food home due to dirtiness.

The people that made the food a phenomenal, not a lot of Chipotles have such great employees. However, I will say the restaurant itself, not only the floor but the tables and everywhere was super dirty. And there were definitely puddles of water on the floor from people tracking. Snow in, and it's melting, and I get that. But then you need to put up some wet floor signs, and maybe have an employee come through with it, dry mop to sop some of it up.

During the process, she picked up rice with her hand and then realized the order did not include rice. She proceeded to return the rice back using her hand AGAIN , even though a serving spoon was available. Although she was wearing gloves, this practice felt unsanitary and unprofessional. When it was my turn, I asked to speak with the manager, but the employee seemed not to understand or did not respond to my concern. Because there was no reaction or acknowledgment of the issue, I chose to leave quietly rather than escalate the situation. I wanted to share this feedback so it can be addressed appropriately. I value proper food safety and customer service, and I believe improving this process will benefit both guests and staff. Thank you.
