Couldn’t understand a word the drive thru guy said because he mumbled and then made it seem like it was my fault that I had to have him repeat stuff. He was more worried about friends driving by and yelling out the window to him. All I ordered was 3 things and it took him 5 tries to get all to me correctly. When I told him to get it together, he talked back to me and was a complete jerk.

I had an issue with my order, for the first time after several visits, and filled a form out on the website about my experience. The next day I got a call, and they replaced my meal. Very professional and the manager William hooked me up.
