  Usually love this place and customer service. Coffee never fails but I pulled up in the second lane which was shorter at the time. Two cars pulled up next to me in lane one and a car behind me pulled up. The order taker took two cars in lane one (who got there after me) then took the persons order that was in front of me and had been there even longer than me. Then another girl hopped on lane one and continued getting the orders of ppl who’d gotten there after the three cars in lane two. Now I’m late to work and when I politely flagged her down to let her know she was clearly stressed and did her best. Someone should’ve started helping out the poor girl way sooner

  Overpriced, over-hyped, trendy beverage shop. If you like waiting in line for 30 minutes to get something to drink and post on Instagram, then you will love this place.

  I’ve had good experiences before but the last couples times I’ve come the service is all over the place. You guys really need to work on an efficient zipper system in the drive thru. We (regretfully) got in the right lane and it took over 15 minutes for someone to take our order, while the left lane was consistently moving, many cars that got in line after us left long before we did. I don’t understand the dysfunction.

  Huge shout out to the young lady whose name I did not catch! As I pulled into 7Brew, I was almost in a car accident by someone else who was also coming to the same location. I got up to place my order, and she asked how my day was and I was visibly shaken and told her I was almost in an accident. She was so compassionate and was so patient with me as I was catching my breath and placing my order. She gave me my order on the house, and made sure my drinks were taken extra special care of by writing “7brew loves you” on my drinks. That turned my entire night around, and made my experience amazing. So thank you to the young lady who did that for me!!!! You went above and beyond! (If I happen to catch her name when I go back today, I will update so she gets the recognition she deserves!!)
