  I was a bit nervous at first, but the staff at Vitor's Bistro & Sushi Bar made me feel right at home. The sushi was incredibly fresh and flavorful, truly the best sushi near me I've had. I also enjoyed the creative cocktails and the relaxed vibe, and I’ll definitely be back for more.

The sushi is top quality and the variety of rolls and sashimi keeps things interesting. The overall atmosphere combines a relaxed vibe with a touch of elegance, perfect for a casual dinner or a special night out. I especially love that it feels like a great spot for Japanese cuisine near me. Excited to return here again for my next dinner.

  I was a bit nervous at first, but the moment I walked into Vitor's Bistro and Sushi Bar the ambiance put me completely at ease. The lighting is soft, the music is mellow and the decor mixes modern style with subtle Japanese touches, creating a relaxed and inviting vibe. The comfortable seating and warm décor made it feel like a perfect place to unwind, whether you’re looking for sushi near me or just a pleasant spot to enjoy a night out. I left feeling very happy with the atmosphere and will definitely come back.

  Visiting family in Hidden Valley that are regulars here and have sworn by it for years but it just seems like they're wrong. Maybe it was an off night but we wouldn't order anything here but the sushi were we to ever return. Burgers were sloppy and sitting in a salty, messy, processed cheese sauce and the fries were overcooked and covered in oil and sprinkled, cheap parmesean. After sharing our opinion only when asked repeatedly by the owner/chef, he insisted we were wrong and was rudely confident about it. Outside of that it somehow got worse when the owner/chef wanted to go on and on to us all about his bourbon. Which isn't actually his bourbon, as he couldn't even give us any specifics on the grain bill...but it is actually a blend of barrels that he may have done and had relabeled as his own house blend by an obscure distillery that you've never heard of. They sell it for $80/bottle when it doesn't match up to the flavors and complexity of bottles in the $30 range. The wall next to the bathroom is adorned with plaques awarded to the Chef a decade plus ago by food publications you've never heard of and when Googled there's hardly anything you can even find on them. Seems very made up. My family has also told me they've even been offered investment opportunities in the restaurant many times in the past. Maybe they seem like easy targets. Im just glad they've never given any money aside from what they're actually paying for when they dine in. All of this along with pictures of menu items that look appetizing but aren't even available and now hiring ads that play on the TV's to go with the pics of the past that depict an almost different man, the entire place just seems like a desperate ego boost to someone that used to be an actual Chef.
