  Typing review to respond to owners response. My review has nothing to do with closing down due to snow. I appreciate you for doing so to keep your empmoyees safe. My review is of the service and food I received about a week ago. I do appreciate the fact you actually respond to reviews.

  For some reason they moved the mobile order station behind the counter, and nobody bothered to come up to help the MANY people standing at the counter…. sat waiting for my food for almost my entire lunch break because these people took their sweet time. When I finally got my order, they got a bunch of it wrong and prepared the rest horribly. The craziest part is I ordered ahead of time so I could just grab it and go but they still couldn’t do it in a time that matters. Horrific service, do not come here if you’re on a tight schedule. Oh, and another thing, I sat there and watched them give a lady who came in AFTER ME her order, but they gave her my drink🫩

  Incredibly slow, I come here on lunch breaks and every single time it gets increasingly slow. I order ahead of time and I still can get my food until I'm close to being late back from lunch. They can't even have the decency to talk to anyone either, they moved the mobile order pickup station BEHIND the counter. I waited for my meal, this time, for like 20 minutes and an extra 10 because I COULDNT GET IT from the order stand and I couldn't ask any worker because they wouldn't come around. After all of that, I didn't even get the right order. Horrible, only come here if you have the time and patience.

  This place is usually very busy. The employees often have to deal with difficult customers, impatient people, and many drunk patrons. They are frequently underpaid and underappreciated. After all, who else would be there to make you dinner at 11 PM in just five minutes? The food meets the typical expectations of Taco Bell, and the app is a great bonus when used properly, as it can help save money. Thank you for what you all do!
