    Food is usually pretty good when I come through. There’s always one lady in the drive thru that doesn’t say a word to me when she hands me my food and slams the window in my face when I say thank you. Don’t know her name but she wears a manager shirt and has a crappy attitude every time. Last I saw her she was on the phone and ignoring me when she was in the window. She’s the only one I ever have an issue with though, every other person in the drive thru is usually pretty pleasant.

    Cold fries (after waiting for the order). A sandwich with a correct tag (no nasty American cheese) 🧀but the actual sandwich has not one but TWO (2) melted slices of AC. Yuck! 🤮 go back and they make it right but no offer to compensate for their obvious screw up…..customer service less than satisfactory… I know avoid McDonald’s but really avoid Washington McDonalds….

    Wanted to get a bite to eat on Thanksgiving, but this is the only McDonald’s in the entire area too lazy to work on that day so one star for that.

    I have never left a review of a McDonalds in my life but when I came to this location it was extraordinary. I frankly don’t understand all the negative reviews, I have never been to a McDonald’s that was so friendly and genuine. I typically have very low expectations of the customer service at McDonald’s, but I have been to this location multiple times this week and they never failed to have fresh food and everybody I talked to was so incredibly kind.
