The lattes are just 3 ounces of actual fluid in large cup and the rest is nasty sugar foam, for 7 bucks?? No. I've given them the benefit of the doubt, but I'm done. Going to a real coffee shop like Maggie's from now on. Scooter's will hurt Dunkin' for sure.

Since I was driving I asked them to remake it for her and they refused. Then the girl who supposedly made it came to the window and started arguing with my daughter. When we asked for the manager she was pissed and crappy as well. When we asked for the corporate number she yelled at my daughter to look it up. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and they lost TWO daily customers!
