  I come here often and have had a few small inconveniences like traffic, but never an issue with employees or quality. This location holds a bunch of great workers who seem to get along well, a few I wish I knew the names of to shout them out. The morning crew does amazing! They are always speedy, consistent, energetic, and fun, also great company when there’s an awkward wait at the window. Have had many laughs and good times picking up a my mobile orders.

  I went in on 4/4/2026 at 12:43 pm throught the drive through. I ordered a medium Coca Mocha with light ice. After receiving my drink I noticed is was completely filled with ice. “No biggy I’ll just go in and ask for a remake.” When I entered the building the manger I assume was cleaning but met me in the lobby at the door “can I help you?” I said “ yeah boss man I’d just like a remake with light ice it’s on the receipt” manager “okay” he then proceeded to make my drink and I notice he only had it filled halfway before filling it with whipped cream halfway. And I mean all whipped cream like I had some ice and some coffee and then all whipped cream and he handed me the coffee”anything else” I was just astonished when I came in with a small problem I had no choice to leave without one either. 9employees the only customer and there’s somehow a problem with filling a drink. After working 10 years in customer service I usually always have a level head and understanding but this one just rubbed me the wrong way. As a store manager myself I wouldn’t definitely had a talk with my team about customer approach, attitude, and conflict resolution when it coincides with our policies. No other Dunkin’ has this issue. If you’re looking for Dunkin go to Columbia city. This one for the second time in Warsaw can’t get it right.

  Went through the drive through for an order after a long day of work. When discovering ingredients my order is wrong I went inside and they could not make my order correct. After two attempts I left and was still charged for ingredients thats weren't on there.

  Was disappointed with my iced coffee. It was full of ice and hardly any coffee. I didn't take a picture.
