  After a 12 hr shift i accidently ordered my pizza for the wrong day :( once I got to the shop the manager on duty was very understanding and was able to make my order right then and there and get me on my way home very quick! Very grateful for their kindness and flexibility! Everything was fresh and tasted delicious!

  Definitely some customer service issues here. Don't pickup during peak hours. You'll be entirely ignored while 7 employees work.

  This place is such a joke for delivery! They say your order was delivered when in fact it wasn't, you call and they immediately put you on hold for over 5 minutes to just come on the line and tell you they have 3 deliveries so just wait longer, you call back an hour later and they say oh we couldn't find you and we tried calling you. Which in fact they didn't try calling me and I can prove it, and told them such. So, now they say they will refund me but hey that can take up to 48 hours!!! But it's not them who doesn't get to eat what was supposed to be lunch and dinner so obviously they could care less....used to be a regular here, but after today I'm done.

  I’m disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a specific pizza but received the wrong one. I had to return to the store to get it corrected, which was inconvenient. The staff did replace it, but better order verification would prevent such issues in the future.

  I came in the store to order because my app was not working. The gentleman at the front was great I believe his name was Matt but as we was trying to help me a rude very loud woman standing behind him pops off they can't have that deal only online, he responds im having issues it won't let her finish her order. He tells me I can do this for you try to start my order the rude woman says You are not surpose to do that. The kind gentleman kept a smile in his face finished my order said it be out in 10. So I sat down and listened to her yelling at the gentleman to talk to him as hes making all the orders and shes filling sauces but once did not ask if he needed help, sue continued to be very loud and not help him my entire time in the restaurant. THANK YOU MATT FOR BEING KIND AND YOUR HARD WORK!!!!!!
