    We waited a long time to get our food and once we got it it was cold, the nuggets were dried out, the bread to the burger was hard, and there was a hair in our fries. Not very fun :(

    I wouldn’t come here unless you want cold food and trash service. Also don’t call the store with problems they’re going to tell you to call corporate and then corporate is going to have somebody call you and they’re going to ask why you didn’t call the store. I went on 8/7/25 and got a bacon double stack, a jr cheeseburger, 2 lemonades, a large fry, and a cheese fry. The bacon double stack had hard hockey puck shoe leather patties and no bacon. The jr had the same hockey puck shoe leather patty but they didn’t put anything on it but ketchup and cheese when we didn’t ask for that. I received a large fry carton half full, and freezing cold cheese fries. I was told on 8/7 I would be provided a refund immediately, and never got it. I was told on 8/12 someone would call me, I called today and finally someone from the Wabash Wendy’s called me. He said “we’re not in the business of giving money away. We either need a receipt or the food back.” The store should’ve alerted me then when I called the store who told me to call corporate. I also gave the receipt information to the first CSR on 8/7. I gave up and have since filed a dispute with my bank.
