At least, that's my experience with the food. The staff have varied as they will because...humans are. .human...but 98% of my experiences have been positive and they have all done their best to ensure a great experience. The stores have mostly been nice, brightly lit, and clean. Any messes were cleaned up pretty quickly and any unruly guests handled well.
