But let me just start out by saying it has went way down hill. Menu options changed. Which was a literal shock to me. I ordered a wrap and they were using flat bread. I said I wanted a wrap. The associate then told me they no longer have wraps that the flatbread is now what they use as wraps. Totally disappointing!! Also, I asked for extra meat on my 5 year olds sandwich per my son’s request. The associate then said they were not allowed to due to it ringing up free. I said cant you charge it to my foot long sandwich and just charge me extra ? He said no because then he would have to put a ton of meat on this little piece of bread… my son was upset. I had to purchase cookies to make him feel better. Lastly, let me also state this is the only thing I’ve eaten in 32 hours. As I finished half my sandwich.. a little sharp thing is now lodged in the roof of my mouth. I had a family member look at it and he said it looks like a metal bristle from some sort of cleaning sponge. Now I have to try to use tweezers to try to pry it from the roof of my mouth and it’s causing me a lot of discomfort. I I’ll never eat here anymore.
