I just wanted to grab a quick sandwich before going into Walmart hungry so decided just to go through McDonald's. There were 12 cars in front of me and I still got limp cold fries and a cheeseburger that was so dry I could barely swallow it . How can that even be possible??The bun was stale tasting and feeling. The very very thin meat patty was soooo dry . Tasted and looked like it was made days ago . It's always hit and miss with getting cold fries but last night did it for me ! Not spending my hard earned money on crap like that . I love their fries , when hot, and love their diet coke and for the most part the burgers are usually not horrible but after last night I'm done getting taken advantage of . Where's the pride in quality anymore?

Never in my 37 years have I seen someone so unprofessional and rude in my life!!! This woman not only degraded other people working she had the foulest mouth and poorest attitude I have ever seen in customer service!!! Her cussing out door dash drivers and making the comment that she can't stand any door dash driver and they need to get a real job is absolutely uncalled for. Then to stand behind the counter and make jokes about them with her foul language sent me over the top!!! She needs removed from this facility now!!!
