  Placed a pickup order at 625 or 629 pm on 03/25/2026. Drive thru was wrapped around the building had to wait for 5 mins so I could get around drive thru to get to pick up spot.. Get to pick up spot # 2 let them know I was there almost 30 mins later no food still and had to go in .. talked to guy at register this was about 658pm that I'd been waiting on pick up order for over 30 mins now... He says I was working on it but I had to take care of front counter... that's not my problem and still no excuse for that kind of a wait or service..said screen had froze I said idc 15 cars or better in drive thru they all got there food and have been gone for 5 to 10 mins.including ppl i had to sit behind and wait for drive thru to move to go to curbside pick up. When I finally get my food 708 pm my drinks were melted frap and milkshake.. almost all ice was water sitting on top of my coke, fries were barely luke warm.. double filet was a complete wreck in the wrapper... absolutely ridiculous and no excuse when you pay $32 to eat.. Late picking my daughter up from gymnastics because of you guys... Studio maybe 3 mins away if that ...absolutely terrible service no apology no nothing...I call the store tell the person on the phone about what had happened and all I got was uhmmm ummm ummmm..Really what kind of place are you guys running on hart street store...I am absolutely pissed off and no since in any of this bull crap

  I was there around 6 on 3-6-26. The first thing that happened was the girl at the window was cussing at another employee right in front of me. And then said “Did you have a coke?” very rudely. They pulled me, which is fine because they were a little busy. But, I waited in the spot for 40 minutes. I had to go in and get my food, which they totally forgot about. They had to look up my order, and I had to show them my bank statement to prove that I bought it. I’m usually very understanding and the boy that helped me inside was so kind! But it was very ridiculous. I typically don’t complain like this because I’ve worked in food service since I was 14, and I’ve worked at a McDonald’s myself. But this upset me so much. I had a very long day at work and I just wanted something quick and easy. I’m probably never going to come back. The teenagers that they have in there are just blatantly rude. If you don’t like your job then get a new one.

  I went through the drive thru and was given cold fries. I went inside and a girl working with blue hair gave me another cold order. I told her those fries were cold too. She made a fresh batch and said if you want fresh fries next time you need to order ahead of time online. So I guess otherwise they will continue to serve cold food.
