I wish there was a 0. We waited 10 minutes at the drive through speaker and no one greeted us. We drove around and there was 1 white suv at the window. If one vehicle backs them up, might as well shut it down. Waste of my time and energy.

I ordered a combo meal through the app. I ordered a large Diet Coke in a Happy Gilmore cup that I paid an extra $1 for. I spent over 15 minutes in the drive through before giving up and going into the store. That is when I was told they only had Pepsi products and were out of the commemorative cups. When I asked for them to refund the combo charge and the extra $1, I was told they’d have to contact upper management in order to issue a refund. I have a 30 minute lunch break and I’d already used up over 20 minutes. No apologies, no offer to try to make it right. I even sent a message to the owner whose number is posted on the door and that has been ignored as well. I will never order from Subway again.

All the veggies were wilted so I wasn't going to chance the meat!! I mean the lettuce was slimy wilted.
I bought my sandwiche, threw it away, and went across the street to Culvers.
I'm also calling the health department to try and curve the rampant ass spew that is sure to result of folks eating that "food".
