  Today I ordered in the app because I thought it would be faster than ordering when I got there. I went through the drive thru like normal and was asked to pull up because my food wasn’t ready yet. I’m assuming the quarter pounder or something wasn’t done. I pull forward and watch as the line disappears and all the other cars pulled forward got their food. Then I realized 20 minutes had gone by. This was extremely unusual I started to think maybe they had forgotten about me. I walked inside and see my food sitting on a shelf so I asked why I hadn’t gotten my food. His response “oh uhh yeah here’s your food” I’m so frustrated this point I just grabbed my food and left. Honestly I should have asked for a manager while I was there but remember I was in a hurry and was trying to make this as quick as possible. This service is completely unacceptable. For there to be absolutely no one in line or in the parking lot and having me wait over twenty minutes is INSANE. what the heck guys. Oh and when I got my food the quarter pounder is hot, fries are hot, other sandwiches? cold and dry. Do better :(

  Morning shift is nothing but great people. Cool as hell and kind every morning I slide through. They got good taste in music too!!!!

  Absolutely ridiculous you have to go after ordering in the drive through. If more people would tell them no they were going to stay at window until they got Wyatt they ordered then maybe they would learn to run a drive through better

  Not completely awful but half the time the patties are cold cheese is cold you can tell they've been sitting. Very rare to get fresh food.
