    In a total of 6 times this month I have ordered 2 cheese burgers with only ketchup and onion , but all I get is my burgers drowning in ketchup and without onions, I wouldn’t recommend it if you care for you order to be right

    This place will park you every single time. An embarrassing place to say the least. ZERO STARS. Edit. I have recently moved to vincennes and this is the absolute slowest worst McDonald's in the world. Its awful

    Boyfriend asked me to leave 2 stars but I don’t even want to leave 1!! We waited 10 minutes in the drive through for 3 items, an order of fries, nuggets, and a mcchicken. They were not busy when we pulled up, staff was rude and dismissive. Handed our bag to us aggressively saying “here’s that” and nothing more. No one was in uniform, and they were walking around playing on their phones!! There’s lettuce and fries thrown everywhere in the bag and the foods not even warm. My boyfriend and I are now late for work because we waited a total of 15 minutes including our ordering. What bs!!

    Waiting over 40 minutes to get handed the wrong food and be ignored by employees and the manager for an additional 10 minutes is insane for a McDonald’s in Vincennes.

    This place dont even deserve the 1 star!!! I went through mcdonald's on Hart Street yesterday morning 10/22/25 to get my husband and daughter some breakfast, was in a hurry to get my child back to school as she just had a dr appointment. Opened her sandwich and BOOM a piece of wrapper paper from the cheese or something. What baffled me the most, was that it was directly under the top bun. They had to see this as they were putting on the bun to finish the sandwich!! This is a CHOKING hazard 🤦‍♀️ Absolutely disgusting.
