  We were there 2 1/2 hours. Several tables left before orders arrived. Food tasted good. Portions were small. Order wasn't correct. Appeared to be grossly understaffed. Waitress was doing her best in a bad situation. Felt sorry for her.

  Cant rate the food because we never received it. We got our drinks that all. After over an hour of waiting we left. We left and went to Wendy's to get food. The flow of the food from the kitchen was extremely slow. The people next to us had been waiting over an hour for food too. Poor Management.

  One star because zero is not an option. Placed on online order and give a wait time about 60 minutes out. Lengthy, but okay, it’s Saturday evening. We arrived to pick up the order and waited over an hour. To make matters worse, part of the order was missing, which required an extended wait. We got home to find the wings were not sauced with the correct choices. Also, while waiting, an employee was observed in the kitchen, vaping. I believe that would be frowned upon by the board of health.

  Tried to go have a meal with my husband and our two boys while in town, and that didn't happen. We waited a couple minutes to be seated which was okay. Then waited around 15 minutes or more to even have a server stop and ask what we wanted to drink. We waited over 1 & ½ almost two hours and never got our food. Watched people come in after and get theirs though. You know what did come though? The CHECK. We got our check, but no food. Eventually just walked out at 9:30pm with two hungry grouchy kiddos. Super disappointed and won't be going back. I understand being busy, but not even saying "Sorry for the wait" or bringing us fries or anything.

  This place is ridiculous. Been at the front door for atleast 40 minutes before anyone asked our name for our pick up order. We paid for our food on line at 8:20. Here we are at 10 pm still waiting. The restaurant is so under staffed and needs better management. We will not be back.
