  There are about 2 employees that don't have very good customer service when they talk to you at the drive thru speaker but then when you go to the first window and they see you face to face they act nice. But other than that they are pretty good.

  Stopped in today (Sunday) for lunch as we were passing through town. Never ate here before, but the food was hot, fresh, and tasty. It was clear to me the young people working there cared about providing good service. I witnessed a couple of incidents where a customer's order wasn't quite right and the young lady was quick to apologize, quick to clarify exactly what it should have been, and very quickly got them the correct food. I rarely see that at any McDonald's anymore (which is sad), so good on you for treating the customer right!

  So me and my dad just went through drive thru and my dad ordered 4 apple pies and I heard him order that clear as day and she rang him up for only 2 and she's done this to me too so she needs to listen carefully to what customers are ordering!!

  We sat in the parking lot for a half hour waiting for them to open at 4 AM like they have online and on their app. They were in the store so I called to ask when they’re going to let us order. They stared at the phone the first time I called and did not pick up. They answered the second time and claimed they don’t open until 5 and that they just haven’t changed their hours online yet. We just wanted to get food for me, my roommate, and his little boy. But we had to go home, wait, and go back out just to get breakfast that we’ve wanted for months. All because their “hours changed” but everything online says otherwise, including McDonald’s confirming online only two months ago that their hours are accurate. Like come on.
