They say they are open at 4:00, but they are never open at 4:00. A.m.. I have sat outside until 4:30 waiting for them to open and driving around the drive-thru. They will not answer you even if someone is standing at the window. The service has gone down in the last couple months, the last time I was even able to grab food it was cold.

Says they open at 4 am but they don’t wanna start taking orders til 5 am . Used to get breakfast before work but now can’t cause I guess they too lazy to open on time shit is wild

I just went through the drive-through here at the McDonald's in Versailles, Indiana. I got the pleasure of meeting. Mr. Lucas is a wonderful young man. He did a great job taking the order unfortunately there was a miscommunication in the back and I had to talk to a manager, however it wasn't a bad thing, but I did let Lucas know. Don't be afraid to talk to customers. there was nothing he could've done about what was going on had nothing to do with him. He was awesome and I give him like 100+ stars thank you Lucas and I look forward to seeing you in the drive-through again soon. I'm pretty much there every day
