I’ve gotten cold food and they always put ice in my drink even if I ask for no ice. Also there is never cheese in my burritos. If I was you I’d drive across town to get the other tacobell because if you grab it to go you’ll be driving back anyways

We waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru, which is completely unreasonable for a fast food restaurant. A wait that long shows a serious lack of management, efficiency, and respect for customers’ time. What made the situation even worse was the behavior at the window. The employee cursed in front of my children, which was extremely inappropriate, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Families should not have to deal with that type of language when simply trying to order food. Long wait times are bad enough, but rude and vulgar behavior in front of kids takes this to another level. This location needs immediate improvement in customer service, professionalism, and basic respect for customers.

No extra fries. Went back in and he had an attitude and asked us if we would like to go back there and make the fries ourselves.

Clearly there was people walking around inside and they just ignored me speaker asked if I was using the rewards app and I said many many things to the speaker noone cared to answer back... I was hungry and pissed! It wasn't closing time yet for luke 30 min! So like they coulda at least been like we are not serving anymore like decency is respectful..
