  We have so lost much money to mcdonalds at this location its unthinkable. Every time we have gotten food, food is ALWAYS missing or looks like a hoarder has thrown it together! My husband this morning went to get a big breakfeast, coffee for me and a saugage burrito and we only came back with pancakes, sausage. The eggs, hashbrown and the biscuit were missing off of this platter. And of course we paid for the whole meal. Even though we are close by we dont want to drive back the 5 minutes to get the missing food due to the hassel alone. A phone call can be made to let them know of this problem but its full of nothing but attitude. It does not matter if its mcdonalds or a fine dining steak house i would be embarrased or ashamed that food was missing or was slopped together. A toddler and a set of puppies at a pretend kitchen set could do better. I would want people to care about what they are sending out. The only good thing about this place was a kid named Blake that worked there and he was the best! He took the time to say hi and go out of his way for us. I have not seen him lately. There are plenty of McDonalds that are very good, but not this one! This location needs to get it together. Until next time... I am NOT lovin it

  Pros: The staff was friendly. The food was good, for the most part. The play place was a hit. The interior seems freshly updated. Cons: Inaccurate order. (Both happy meals contained extra fries instead of apple slices, even though the order slip showed apple slices. Both happy meal drinks were never brought out.) The fries were a little overdone. Biggest con: the dystopian design. I've only been in the drive thru before. Our table had crumbs, and I had to wait in line to ask for napkins because the modern design doesn't have any napkins or condiment areas. It's also built on a small scale and claustrophobic. There is not much seating. Everything about the design is very unwelcoming. I'm sure we will be back because of having the only play place in the area, but the service could use more attention.

  I literally said no cheese, no cheese it even came up on the prompt no cheese and what do you do every time added cheese this is the seventh time this year and you’ve yet to make my sandwich correct smh. You’ve officially lost a customer.

  The managers present in the afternoon on 3/14, one male and one female, displayed unprofessional behavior, being incredibly rude and struggling to take orders accurately. They were confrontational and offensive when customers mentioned errors in their orders. There is a clear need for more training for management. Would not recommend coming here.

  I ordered off the mobile app a Mcflurry and when I got there, the machine wasn’t working, but instantly offered to replace the item. The young gentleman helping me at the window was so kind and sweet, I didn’t even mind! Great service!
