  These guys are the BEST! Placed an order on the app and it set me up at the one across town and I didn’t double check it. The manager Rich took care of the reorder and even made sure to honor my point redemption. No disrespect to the other Jimmy John’s in town, but the level of customer service here is bar none 👏

  "The amount of work I have to put into not making a mess everywhere while eating this while I drive is never worth how mid the sandwich is." That being said. At least I'm not hungry any more.

  Took thirty minutes for them to deliver two sandwiches wit 1 actual slice of meat on each. Thanks for the veggie sandwich with a slice of meat. Oh and you didn't bring the right drink. 0-10 first time happening here so I hope you reconsider management.
