Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever seen. Not only is there ALWAYS an issue with the food, every staff member there is horribly rude. Some young kid manager that closes told me he was “too busy doing manager things in the managers office to watch his employees that should know how to do their jobs” then hung up on me when I asked for his name. I gave them another chance on DoorDash and they didn’t hand the driver my drink, and all the food is mediocre at best. Save yourself the trouble and just go anywhere else.

The owner needs to teach their employees what customer service is. Maybe take them to a Chick Fil A, where the service is great every single time. The employees here have none to speak of and are either very rude or look like deer in headlights. Just went through the drive thru and the employee rudely asked, "Does that complete your order" after every item. At the window, the employee didn't say one word, certainly not hello, and not even a total. Just took the card and handed it back. There was all sorts of tomfoolery going on inside between workers. Owners and management need to review your surveillance footage to see what you're paying people to stand around doing. Then surprise, surprise the order was wrong! We were charged for food we didn't order, missing things that we did order, and what we did got was sloppy and cold. I won't go back until they fix their Gen Z stare at a minimum.
