Just went to Wendy's..not good. I ordered 2 chicken apple peacon chicken salads. First, they had my salads sitting on the counter for awhile until an employee finally gave them to me. There wasn't even a lunch rush because we were there at 2:30 p.m.. as I was driving home I checked my order and they forgot the chicken on the salad which is a regular staple on it. I had to turn around and go back to get the chicken. The employee didn't even compensate me for my trouble. Good job!! Not!

Came to Wendy's and ordered food. I tried to use a coupon and after waiting for 5 minutes, I was told they could not accept it because each franchise is different. The coupon did not disclose any specific location so I did not see an issue. They did not offer any sort of accommodation. Very disappointing.
