The male at the window didn’t say anything to us at all. I returned to get sour cream. The man at the window handed me sour cream and walked away. There was no friendly interaction just annoyance. A women came to the window and said did you need something also annoyed. Why is it so hard to just be nice to people? If you hate your job find another one! I worked at Taco Bell for years and I never treated people this horrible! We will no be back because of the staff! Beautiful building, terrible customer service!

I came in last night, December 30th, 25, and ordered a quesadilla, which was well made and done correctly. Tonight, I wanted two quesadillas just to celebrate. I worked at another location on the 4th of July, so I understand it can be busy, but I was the only one in the drive thru at the time I came to pick up my mobile order. My quesadillas were not steamed, and were not cut. They were lukewarm, just grilled. I go back around and inform the staff politely that my quesadilla is lukewarm at best and not cut, pull forward, and receive replacements. While they were cut this time, I can tell they still were not steamed, and were still roughly the same temperature. I was the only one in the drive thru, and it is in the training to steam the quesadillas. If two quesadillas is roughly $12, they should at least be made correctly.
