    Jan 1, 26. Usually when I come through, my order is accurate and well made. I came in last night, December 30th, 25, and ordered a quesadilla, which was well made and done correctly. Tonight, I wanted two quesadillas just to celebrate. I worked at another location on the 4th of July, so I understand it can be busy, but I was the only one in the drive thru at the time I came to pick up my mobile order. My quesadillas were not steamed, and were not cut. They were lukewarm, just grilled. I go back around and inform the staff politely that my quesadilla is lukewarm at best and not cut, pull forward, and receive replacements. While they were cut this time, I can tell they still were not steamed, and were still roughly the same temperature. I was the only one in the drive thru, and it is in the training to steam the quesadillas. If two quesadillas is roughly $12, they should at least be made correctly.

    The line for the drive thru was huge (not the problem). Got the food and drinks. My drink was just carbonated water. They asked what meat we wanted on our burritos. Gave wrong meat so it didn’t even taste that great. Asked for side of sour cream gave a small cup filled 1/4 of the way. I went to try to get it fixed inside and the doors were locked so I’d have to go thru the long drive thru again

    Dec 08, 12:30 ish lunch time. Drive through window. Food was correct. Young lady at window obviously didn't want to be working, her attitude was horrible. Didn't close lid on drink and before I knew it i had pop down my shirt,jeans and seat of vehicle.

    No straw, no sauce, I’ve started asking for extra sauce because the last 3/4 times after being asked if I want sauce, I’ve been given none, pretty annoying
