- MBMatt BryantJan 1, 20171.0The service at this location is terrible. The one on the north side of Valpo is MUCH better. This store seems like it's always running out of something. They are always understaffed and under trained, causing extremely long wait times. Also something is always broken... toaster oven, pop machine, ect. Credit card machine is down half the time. Staff has gotten really bad lately. Talking on their personal phones WHILE making sandwiches, headphones in and many of them take 10 minutes to make a single sandwich. I'm not coming to this location anymore. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on the north side of town which is always great.
