Was handed the drink at the window, and asked to park. I waited for ~10-15 minutes before turning off my car and going inside. After notifying an employee, I waited inside for another ~10 minutes. For 1 burger, and 1 fry. But hey, at least McDonalds fired all the checkout clerks, and modernized everything. They're clearly much more efficient now.

The drive through line has taken over 25 minutes on multiple occasions. Today I ordered through the app and was given a code, but when I arrived I was told the code was not working and there was nothing they could do to help. That is frustrating, especially since the purpose of using the app is to save time and avoid issues. As a regular customer, I expect better consistency, communication, and basic problem solving when something goes wrong.
