Whoever the female manager was that answered said, "it'll get here when it gets here". All you had to say was "I cannot give you an arrival time", there was no need to be rude and disrespectful to person asking. You are not only a manger but also in customer service, if you do not know how to respectfully complete that job than maybe a career change should be in your future. This occurred at 10:05 am on Sunday November 2, 2025. Terrible, just terrible, please just have some respect for people as humans. McDonald's do better and maybe hire people that have a little more tact when dealing the public. A teenager may have even responded more respectfully.

While I was waiting at least 7 cars passed me on the outside lane. She was too busy chatting with the lady in front of me instead of taking orders. It was exactly noon and people are on lunch! She shouldn’t be taking orders during busy times of the day.
