The manager (I assume) was so incredibly nice. He asked if I was a teacher and gave me a really great deal. Little did he know that I was picking them up early because my mom was admitted to the hospital with a possible heart attack, and I didn’t want to let my kiddos down tomorrow by not having them. He even offered me one of their Halloween buckets. He has no idea how much this little gesture helped me when I was in the verge of tears and going through something. Thank you!

I only order one drink, a cappuccino blast. Out of curiousity, I went online to see how long it should take and the process it takes to make this drink. At a snails pace, TWO MINUTES! I waited twenty minutes in line plus five minutes behind the cars in front of me this morning. Everyone received their orders ahead of me accept guess who? me, I was told to pull up and they would bring it out, furious at this point, but hid it well I proceeded to the front where I parked ......waited, and waited and waited some more!!! no one, no drink, nothing. I left without it after seven minutes $6.42 down the drain, and they can keep it, it is the last they will ever get from me again.The service sucks at all of these locations, at least the effiency for that matter. Guess I will find something cold at Starbucks to like instead.

It was just a $5 meal and I already had my coffee. It wasn't a huge order yet I spent 20 minutes waiting and watching a bunch of people come in and out. I was on track to be early for work and ended up being late because I didn't want to go in the store and rush them. I don't ask for receipts so I couldn't fill out a survey - hence the review.
