Ordered a pizza as normal and they made it terrible manager said he made it the "right" way." Then proceeded to hang up on the phone. Terrible experience and hope they look into the manger on this shift

Saw many pizzas ordered for a party at fun flatables Very dry pizzas. They are very light on sauce and cheese. Making the pizzas hard to eat.

I placed a large delivery order for 12 pizzas earlier in the week with no issues. When I called to confirm and modify the order, the person on the phone reacted with frustration, said “oh my god,” and hung up on me.
I called back multiple times and was repeatedly hung up on by the individual identifying himself as the manager. When I attempted to cancel the order, I was mocked with “oh now you want to cancel,” told he didn’t have time to argue with customers over pizza, and instructed to take my business elsewhere before being hung up on again.
I understand store policies, but the repeated unprofessional behavior and dismissive attitude were unacceptable.

Several times with no issues. It’s a place my son asks to go. It’s tough to take him in public places but he enjoyed coming here to eat inside. But NEVER again will we set foot in this establishment with how we were treated today. I will not put another penny into this establishment. We were sitting in a booth and my son stood up in the booth and jumped. Where then another employee firmly asked him to stop which was fine, and I was trying to work with my son to not do that however it is hard sometimes with a special needs child. Then I hear who I assume is was the store manager said “if that kid jumps on my booth one more time I will kick them out!” So I responded “no problem we will leave, then he told me to be a parent 🤣 yeah I am a parent and it’s a different situation with special needs children. It was how it was handled that I am furious about. The manager could have had a professional conversation with me. Extremely disappointed with how this was handled. Not a way to treat your customers no matter what. How discouraging to make my autistic son who doesn’t understand and force him to leave which in return causes him to have an epic meltdown. But we will gladly go to another location no problem 👌
