We gave them another try to see if things had improved - nothing has. We ordered our usual and our items were majority ice cream with hardly any toppings. Even the photos on DQ website show them with more toppings. We spoke to the manager and she did nothing to accommodate us. We didn't even receive a receipt to be able to voice a concern on their website for customer feedback since one is required to submit it. Do better DQ, care about your product and customers.
