- RARobert Adams1 day ago1.0Was turned away for service for asking for a quesadilla, an item i have ordered hundreds of times. The store was dead at the time. Thunderstruck i asked what they meant and they informed me i would need to drive home and place the order in advanced because its to time consuming. They said this with a strait face as i looked around at an empty restaurant.

I had a free quacomole on my app the girl scanned and then said its not showing up. No it wasn't expired. The manager was on tge phone and didn't come over to the register until we were walking out. First time at this location and just a bad experience.

Maybe get someone from Chipotle corporate to come in and train managers and staff. Current staff are more worried about scrolling on their phones than helping customers or cleaning the place. It's really unfortunate.
