The order was wrong (I ordered green salsa, a normal portion of cheese and lettuce). My order wasn't complicated, (no light, or extra anything). And they won't answer the phone! I'm not eating this. The meat doesn't look like the carnitas I've always gotten. It's slimy Ended up calling corporate. They just wanted to send me a Buy One, Get one 50% off coupon. Wow. I had to demand they refund my money. Still not sure if they will "approve" it. I don't think I'll ever eat at a chipotle again.

The people who run this place should be ashamed of themselves. Also for future reference for anyone they do not answer their phone!!! Good thing I called customer service support I got a refund issue. Do not recommend to anyone the wait and the food is not worth it. Especially for uncooked food.

Thunderstruck i asked what they meant and they informed me i would need to drive home and place the order in advanced because its to time consuming. They said this with a strait face as i looked around at an empty restaurant.
