This EXACT thing happened last September at this Buffalo Wild Wings. I’ve never had this happen at any other restaurant. The first time it happened I called in the day after and spoke to the manager and had to go through multiple hoops/following up, & only getting it resolved when I called corporate. This place is a joke.

I've went 2-3 times in the evening (within the last couple of months) and the wait for our food was incredibly long when it wasn't even busy. You'd think with the wait, your wings would be fresh. Nope. Room temp at best and they are so stingy on the sauce every time! After that many terrible visits in a row, my coworkers and I decided we won't be going there anymore!

Instead, there is a buck shot wild bills arcade with two toy corded shotguns to shoot wildlife on the screen. Do yourselves a favor and do what the rest of the Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants and any other sports bar restaurants are doing and get Golden Tee!
