one of the worst coffees i’ve ever had we had the cinnamon roll and the blondie and it just got worse with every sip. I was really excited because of how long the lines were for so long and was expecting life changing coffee and was instantly disappointed. I just wanted some coffee from a long day of work and it just made my night worse. I’m sticking to starbucks.

This is my second time visiting this 7 Brew, and both experiences have been unpleasant. On our latest visit, my girlfriend’s matcha was made completely wrong — it was basically just milk. When I went back to politely ask for more matcha, the employee got an attitude and said, ‘Our matcha sucks, if you want good matcha go to Starbucks.’ Completely unprofessional. Who says that to their customers? All this happened this morning.

The service was fine but I could see there was so much disorganization. They don't have a proper system to give you your coffee and I have specified that I wanted iced and they gave me hot. The girl giving out my drinks had to remake it and that took another five minutes. When I tried their originals.. it tasted like milk with a little bit of coffee in it. It was good but the calories on these drinks are insane. I also wanted to get a Santa's cookie mocha and the whipped cream, the chocolate around the cup wasn't on it. They told me I have to order it with whipped cream on it. I was quite confused since I never had to do this at Starbucks or Dunkin. I don't understand why they don't have menu signs while you are driving through like chik fil a. The music is very loud and the workers there seem overloaded or understaffed or just plain distracted. I understand it's a new place but this has never been that bad with biggbys opening in portage. I would say stick to making this coffee at home(which I found is quite easy to make) I guess go there if you want to see a bunch of hyped up college-aged adults dancing around like their ten years old again.

This is a very nice place! The drinks are great, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I had the cinnamon roll iced coffee and was blown away by the flavor. Overall, I had an excellent experience and will return again to try more items. My only criticism is the wait time in the drive through may be quite long. If time isn’t an issue, I highly suggest this place.

I've been to this location 2 days in a row now. Both times I've encountered at least one unpleasant interaction. The first one wasn't a huge deal, we shook out off as confusion and new employees. However when I came back the very next day I was laughed at for pulling in incorrectly. They had police directing traffic but he looked right at me and had let me pull into the normal line without doing anything (Not 7 brews fault). The employees laughed as they called him over to redirect me to the correct line and that's what got me. I just wish there was a more professional attitude from the team. If I wasn't ordering for a group I would've left. The coffee tastes good, it's actually one of my favorite places and I was so excited to hear valpo was getting one, but I don't appreciate being humiliated Update: 7 brew was kind enough to send me a drink reward and tried to make things right. I went back to redeem it, ordered no ice and oat milk, told the order taker to flag a diary sensitivity. I was handed a drink with ice, which was fixed immediately, but come to find out, it had regular milk. This location isn't for me and I won't be back. Food allergies and sensitivities need to be taken more seriously! I had to leave work early because I got sick, didn't even drink half, only managed a couple sips
